By creating an account and using Sheranis SEO App, you agree to these terms. This app is operated by Sheranis Group.

What this app does

The app scans publicly accessible pages of a website you provide and generates an automated report covering SEO, social sharing, AdSense readiness, and local UAE signals. Scores and suggestions are generated automatically by rule based checks and third party data such as Google PageSpeed Insights, they are informational and do not guarantee any search ranking, ad approval, or business outcome.

Acceptable use

• Only scan websites you own, manage, or otherwise have permission to scan
• Do not use the app to scan sites with the intent of overloading, disrupting, or attacking them
• Do not attempt to abuse, circumvent, or automate around the app's rate limits or subscription tiers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that misuses the service.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Subscriptions and billing

• The Free plan is limited to 1 site and standard scans. The Pro plan unlocks unlimited sites, deep scans, and other features described on the billing page
• Payments are processed through Ziina. We do not store your card details
• Pro access lasts 30 days from the date of a successful payment. This is not an automatically recurring charge, you choose when to renew, from the billing page, before or after your current period ends
• If you don't renew, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan once your Pro period ends, no further action is needed on your part
• Payments already made are non-refundable, since access is granted immediately upon payment

No warranty

The app is provided as is. We do not guarantee that following its suggestions will improve your search rankings, get you approved for AdSense, or produce any specific business result. Automated checks can occasionally be wrong or incomplete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheranis Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
