This policy explains what information Sheranis SEO App ("we", "the app") collects when you use it, and how that information is used. This app is operated by Sheranis Group.

What we collect

Your name and email address when you create an account, either directly or via Google Sign-In
A securely hashed version of your password, we never store your actual password in readable form
The website URLs you add to be scanned
The results of every scan we run, including page content we fetch publicly from those URLs
Basic payment records when you upgrade, transaction ID and amount, we never see or store your card details, those are handled entirely by Ziina
Standard technical logs, like IP address and browser type, common to any web server

How we use it

To run the scans you request and show you your results and history
To manage your account, login, and subscription status
To send you account related emails, password resets, payment confirmations, and score drop alerts if you're a Pro subscriber
If you request an expert review, your name, email, and site details are shared internally with the Sheranis team to follow up with you

Third parties we use

Ziina, to process subscription payments, we never handle your card details directly
Google, for Sign-In if you choose that option, and for PageSpeed Insights performance data
Our hosting provider, to store the application and database

We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and scan history for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and data deleted, email us and we will remove it, usually within a few business days.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account entirely, at any time, by contacting us.
